Lil Wayne finally dropped 'Dedication 4', this one called 'So Dedicated' featuring Birdman! Lil Wayne been receiving a lot of hate suggesting that he fell off, and that he doesn't write his own ish, and to be honest like, I rate Wayne for what he's done and that but, after I think it was 'Tha Carter IV' then his music has gone down hill a little, he still comes out now and again with that tracks that make you think damn, maybe he's got it back, but then his next is just a load of bullish again! C'mon Wayne!
